This product is amazing. The table is absolutely stunning, and has compartments for balls and paddles, which are very nice. Setup is a breeze. Takes less than 30 minutes, with two people. I recommend using the BILT app for setup, as it provides 3D instructions, which are very easy to understand. Honestly, though, the setup is so simple, most could probably do it with no instructions. The most complicated piece(s) to assemble is the net. All pieces come assembled, except for the four legs with wheels, and the net, of course. What took us longer than anything was leveling the table, but I’m not complaining, at all. I’m thankful that the table’s legs have levels built in, because our previous table didn’t, and was probably never really level. Overall an amazing product, as I said. The surface is so smooth, and beautiful, and perfectly bouncy - I’m in love. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars, instead of 5, is because the delivery, if you can call it that, was very unpleasant. We had to help the delivery driver, and his (maybe 13 year old) son carry the table from his truck to our door, and then inside. It was very awkward, uncomfortable, and strenuous. The delivery company also gave us a 12 hour “window” for delivery, but ended up showing up before the earliest quoted time, which was really strange, and annoying. I expect Killerspin, a top notch table tennis company, to pay better attention/mind to their distributors, and the customer’s experience. We would never make a purchase like this, again, without the White Glove Service, which we did request, but isn’t available, and that’s understandable, given what’s going on right now in the world. All of that being said, I would recommend this table to anyone. Just be aware that the packing is very heavy (again, not complaining, because this is necessary for a flawless table, which you will get). I guess what I’m saying is that it would’ve been nice to know that we were going to have to help carry it to the door, and/or inside, and it would’ve been nice to know the dimensions and weight of the actual package. This thing is a beast, but totally worth it. If you have to get it down stairs, wrap each half of the table (one at a time) around half of the box, and tape the box on each open side. Then slide it down, slowly. This is what we did, with no issues, and our stairs are pretty long, and wood, with no cushioning/fabric. If you have to get it upstairs...good luck.
If you are looking for a top end table for playability and appearance, this is the one. No competitor comes close. Such a refreshing experience to get what you pay for and more from a company that has clear pride in their product. Ordering, shipping and assembly were easy and flawless. Table plays true and solid. Added bonus that the appearance is spectacular. Highest recommendation.
