Great product AND customer service
The paddle is excellent. I also ordered the cleaner kit to go with it and it was not shipped (though it was on the pick ticket). I contacted customer service at Killerspin and they took care of it immediately. I received the the cleaner kit within days. Nice to find a company with excellent customer service.

I bought one of these, and on the first day I played with it I accidentally ran into a wall and broke the paddle! But in my brief exposure to it I could tell it improved my spins dramatically from the economy paddles I’d used all my life. So I ordered two more! They are nothing short of AMAZING!
